Access and notifications

No app store, no lengthy training: each person gets an invitation link and is ready to go in a few minutes.

Why does this feature exist?

A new casual worker is due to start tomorrow – do they first have to find an app, create an account and remember yet another password? This is where software often fails in everyday work. Lumigast runs in the browser: the person opens an invitation link, sets their password and sees their shifts. Notifications go to their phone – via Telegram as well, if you wish.

What does it do for you?

  • Ready in a few minutes: invitation via link, QR code or WhatsApp
  • No app store needed – optionally as an icon on the home screen, with notifications
  • Your own shifts as a subscription in your phone’s calendar
  • Optionally via Telegram as well: accept and decline requests directly in the chat
  • Help in the app: guide, emergency mode and “Report a fault” with a reference number

How it works

  1. Create a person and tap “Invite”.

  2. Send the link via WhatsApp or show the QR code.

  3. The person sets their password and sees their shifts straight away.
