Change log and modular permissions

See who changed what and when – without monitoring your team. The log runs in every business; entries cannot be changed or deleted.

Why does this feature exist?

Who moved the shift after the rota was published? Who changed the hourly wage? Without a log, questions like these lead to guesswork – and during an inspection, the proof is missing. Lumigast records important changes with the old and new value. Read access and page views are deliberately not logged.

What does it do for you?

  • Entries chained with checksums and separated into classes with their own deletion periods – the POS history is kept for ten years; every night Lumigast recalculates the chains
