Why does this feature exist?

With a second location, many things double: two menus to maintain, two rotas, staff who work at both places, and figures you have to add up first. In Lumigast, you have one account for all locations – with a cockpit, centrally maintained templates and staff who work in several locations with one login.

What does it do for you?

  • One cockpit for all locations: revenue, ratios, missing staff and faults on one tile per location – plus a monthly report per location and overall
  • Maintain items, recipes, checklists and roles once and distribute them – first as a preview
  • Your choice per item: locked centrally or adjustable on site; each location sets its own selling prices
  • Staff with one login for several locations – the rule check counts all their shifts
  • Legal entity per location: if a location belongs to a different company, Lumigast asks for the deployment model when you schedule staff there and does not distribute purchase prices

How it works

  1. Add another location to your account.

  2. Select templates and distribute them to the locations.

  3. See the status of all locations in the cockpit.

Who is it for?

For restaurateurs with two or more businesses – also with different types of business, such as a restaurant and a snack bar.

Add-on module: €19.95 net per month

Several locations – per additional business, in addition to any package.

Cockpit and reports across all locations, central templates, staff in several locations – each location with its own package. Valid for contracts from 1 November 2026; contracts concluded before then keep their scope of services.
