How does the till work, where is the fire extinguisher, what do you say when a guest asks about allergies? This knowledge is often only in the heads of a few people. New staff then ask in the middle of a rush – or not at all. With Lumigast, you write it down once, your team reads and confirms it on their phones, and safety briefings become proof for each person.
