Certificates and deadlines

Instruction under the German Infection Protection Act (IfSG), hygiene training, residence permits, probationary periods, fixed-term contracts: the traffic light shows what is due.

Why does this feature exist?

The instruction under the Infection Protection Act, hygiene training, a residence permit, the end of the probationary period: each person has their own deadlines. If you keep track of them in a folder or in your head, it is easy to miss a date. Lumigast uses a traffic light to show what is due soon – also directly in the rota.

What does it do for you?

  • No missed deadlines: a traffic light per person – red expired or missing, yellow due soon
  • The rota warns you when an instruction is due and blocks scheduling if a residence permit has expired
  • Enter records for several people at once, for example after a joint training session
  • Your team sees their own certificates on their phones

What does it look like?

How it works

  1. Enter certificates per person – or for several people at once.

  2. Lumigast reminds you in good time before they expire.

  3. The rota warns you before someone without a valid certificate is scheduled.

Who is it for?

For every business whose staff work with food – and for businesses with fixed-term residence permits in the team.
