Manager assistant in the chat (in preparation)

Change prices, items, the daily menu, opening hours, announcements and shifts by text or voice message in the management bot – always with a preview and confirmation.

Why does this feature exist?

Between the pass and the bar counter, there is no time to sit down at a computer. Even so, the daily menu should be right and the new price should apply. With the manager assistant, you write or tell the management bot what should change, see a preview and confirm with one button. The assistant has been built; it will be switched on as soon as the contracts with the AI providers have been signed.

What does it do for you?

  • Make changes in passing: prices, items on or off, daily menu, opening hours, announcements and shifts
  • By text or voice message, in any language
  • Nothing happens without you: always a preview and confirmation first, follow-up questions via buttons
  • Daily limit per business – the costs stay manageable

How it works

  1. Write or say in the management bot what should change.

  2. The assistant shows a preview – if anything is unclear, it asks with buttons.

  3. Confirm – only then does Lumigast change anything.

Who is it for?

For owners who work in service or in the kitchen themselves and want to make changes on the go.

In preparation

Built, not yet switched on: the assistant works with AI services from external providers. We will enable it as soon as the data processing agreements have been signed, and will then announce the price and terms.
