Recipes and allergen menu

Cost of goods per portion, gross profit and a suggested price. The menu with allergens is available as a PDF and for guests via QR code.

Why does this feature exist?

What does a plate really cost? When purchase prices go up, the old costing is no longer correct – and the allergen labelling must match every ingredient. In Lumigast, recipes are linked to your products: the cost of goods per portion is calculated from the current purchase price, and the allergens of the ingredients show what must be labelled on the dish.

What does it do for you?

  • Cost of goods per portion and gross profit from current purchase prices
  • Suggested price for your target cost of goods
  • Create base recipes such as sauces or breadings once and use them in many dishes
  • Helps you with allergen labelling: the allergens of the ingredients show what must be stated for the dish
  • Daily and weekly menus for guests, POS and kitchen; menu and allergen menu as PDF and via QR code at the table
