Basics

Telegram bots for team and management

Optional: requests, reminders and announcements directly in the chat – with buttons to accept and decline. One bot for the team, one for management.

Why does this feature exist?

Many people in your team check their messenger more often than an app, and a request in the chat gets answered faster. With the Lumigast Telegram bots, shift requests, reminders and announcements arrive where your team is reading anyway – and they reply with a button. Anyone who does not want to use Telegram gets everything in the app.

What does it do for you?

  • Faster answers: “Can you work?” with Yes/No buttons directly in the chat
  • Reminders such as “You’re working tomorrow …” or “Please check in” to their phones
  • For management: accept or decline requests in the chat, “/heute” for open items, “/wer” for suitable people, “/umsatz” for the day’s revenue
  • Optional: messages containing first names and shifts then go through Telegram, a service outside the EU – without Telegram, everything stays in the app

What does it look like?

Screenshots from Lumigast – with demo data, on a phone and on a computer.

Mock-up: a request in the management bot with the buttons “Accept” and “Decline”.

How it works

  1. With the invitation link, the person connects to the right bot.

  2. From then on, requests and reminders arrive in the chat.

  3. Reply with the buttons in the chat – the app is updated immediately.

Who is it for?

For teams who use messengers anyway – and for managers who want to make decisions on the go.
