Each person can check and confirm their month. Night, Sunday and public holiday hours, timesheets as PDF and the payroll export for DATEV LODAS or Lohn und Gehalt.

Why does this feature exist?

At the end of the month, many managers sit over timesheets, work out night and Sunday hours and type everything up for the payroll office. Then the questions come. Lumigast collects the times all month, lets each person confirm their month and creates the file for your payroll office.

How it works

  1. At the end of the month, each person checks their hours and confirms them.

  2. You resolve the open checks and approve the month.

  3. The payroll export goes to your payroll office – by email if you wish.
