Why does this feature exist?

Contracts in a folder, the tax ID on a slip of paper, payslips by email: personnel documents are often scattered. Then the payroll office is missing exactly the detail it needs right now. In Lumigast, each person has a file and fills in the personnel questionnaire on their phone themselves, and your payroll office gets its own read-only access.

  2. The person fills in the questionnaire on their phone.

  3. You check it, store documents and give your payroll office read-only access.
