My contract

Your contract with us, visible in the app: what you have booked, what the next invoice contains and how you take your data with you.

Why does this feature exist?

What have I booked, what will next month cost, and how do I get my data if I want to switch? Often this is scattered across emails and PDF attachments. With Lumigast, your contract is visible in the app – with all invoices as e-invoices and the option to take your data with you at any time.

What does it do for you?

  • Package, add-on modules, minimum term and notice period at a glance
  • Active people today and the highest number in the month – you see what is charged
  • Preview of the next invoice; all invoices as e-invoices – a ZUGFeRD PDF (EN 16931 profile) that your accounting software reads directly, or an XRechnung if you prefer; every file stays unchanged
  • Your data belongs to you: all of your business’s data available for download at any time
  • We announce price changes three months in advance – you see them in “My contract” and on “Today”; payment by SEPA direct debit with advance notice 14 days before

  2. Check the package, the next invoice and the term.

  3. Request a different package by message or download your data.
