Order at the table via QR code

Your guests order on their own phones via the QR code on the table – waiting staff approve each order, then the ticket goes to kitchen and bar.

Why does this feature exist?

On a Friday evening, guests wait for someone to take their order while the team runs back and forth between the kitchen and the terrace. With the QR code on the table, your guests see the menu on their own phones and order themselves. So that nothing goes wrong, waiting staff approve each order before it goes to kitchen and bar.

What does it do for you?

  • Shorter waiting times: guests order as soon as they sit down – the next round too
  • No app for guests: they scan the QR code, and the menu with allergens opens
  • You stay in control: waiting staff accept or decline each order
  • The order goes straight to the table in the POS – nothing is typed in twice
  • QR code cards for each table to print

How it works

  1. Switch it on in the POS under Set-up and print the QR codes.

  2. Guests scan the code on the table and order on their phones.

  3. Waiting staff accept the order – the ticket goes to kitchen and bar.

Who is it for?

For beer gardens, cafés, bars and restaurants with many tables or a terrace.
