Guest loyalty

Feedback via QR code with a link to Google reviews for every guest, a digital stamp card without having to give a name, newsletter and online vouchers.

Why does this feature exist?

Many businesses depend on their regulars. Even so, you often only learn from a bad online review that something went wrong, and paper stamp cards get lost. Lumigast gives you feedback via QR code, a digital stamp card, a newsletter and vouchers to order – at your own address.

What does it do for you?

  • A poor rating? You find out straight away and can reply by email
  • Every guest gets the same link to Google reviews – no filtering
  • Digital stamp card without having to give a name, redeemed at the POS
  • Newsletter with double opt-in and one-click unsubscribe, without tracking
  • Let guests order vouchers online, as a PDF in your design
