Franchisees with their own account: revenue reports, fee invoices and head-office standards. Head office only sees what the contract allows – never staff or guests.

Why does this feature exist?

A franchise head office needs its franchisees’ revenue to invoice fees and wants to distribute standards such as the menu or checklists. Franchisees, on the other hand, want to keep their business to themselves. Lumigast keeps the two apart: every franchisee has their own account, and head office only sees what the contract allows.

What does it do for you?

  • Fee invoice from the confirmed revenue report as an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD PDF and XRechnung), with its own number range – the franchisee downloads it in their app
  • Light board per franchisee: green all done, yellow report outstanding, red fee overdue
  • Distribute standards in versions: items with a non-binding recommended price, recipes, checklists, training
  • A clear limit: no receipts, no employees, no wages and no guests for head office
  • Pre-contractual information, confirmed by the franchisee before joining; franchisees set their own prices freely

How it works

  1. Create franchisees with their fees and let them join with an invitation code.

  2. The franchisee checks and confirms their revenue report every month.

  3. Head office creates the fee invoice as an e-invoice and distributes new standards.

Franchisees, revenue reports, fee invoices and standards – paid by head office, no extra charge for franchisees. Valid for contracts from 1 November 2026; contracts concluded before then keep their scope of services.
