Why does this feature exist?

In January, everyone wants to know whether their summer holiday will work out – and then in July three people from service are away at the same time. If you accept wishes one by one, you notice conflicts too late. Lumigast collects all wishes in a wish phase, shows where minimum staffing would not be met, and suggests a fair way to make it work.
