A birthday party for 40 guests means writing a quote, keeping track of the deposit, scheduling staff, ordering goods and billing at the end. Often this is spread across emails, text files and sticky notes. In Lumigast, a party runs in one place, from the enquiry to the post-event costing.

How it works

  1. The enquiry comes in via the form on your website, or you enter it yourself.

  2. Create a quote from templates and send it by email – your customer accepts via a link.

  3. Plan the schedule, staff and purchasing; afterwards, bill the party and do the post-event costing.
