Your team enters when they can work and signs up for open shifts themselves. You accept or decline – with one tap.

Why does this feature exist?

“Who can work on Saturday?” In many businesses, this question leads to a round of phone calls and WhatsApp messages, and in the end nobody knows who said yes to whom. With Lumigast, your team enters up to four weeks in advance when they are free and signs up for open slots themselves. On the light board you see straight away where someone is still missing.

What does it do for you?

  • Fewer phone calls: your team signs up themselves, and you only decide
  • Gaps at a glance: green filled, yellow waiting for you, blue requested, flashing red someone is missing
  • Plan up to four weeks ahead – entering their availability takes your team seconds
  • The rule check also runs on sign-up: before you accept, you see if something does not fit

How it works

  1. Open a week for sign-ups – your team is notified.

  2. Your team enters their availability and signs up for open slots.

  3. You accept or decline; the light turns green.
