Registering the till, staff briefings, notices, allergens, reusable packaging: obligations come from many different laws. Which ones apply to you depends on what your business does – not on whether it is called a café or a restaurant. Lumigast sorts the obligations by activity, shows what it already knows from your data and asks where information is missing. There is deliberately no overall green light: green only means “record on file”.
What does it do for you?

Kept separate: does the obligation apply to you – yes, no or not yet known? Only then does the record count: on file, due, overdue or missing
Unknown items stay visible and never turn green; you fill in missing information with a few yes/no questions
For each obligation: source, legal status and the date of the last review, plus a responsible person or role and a reminder before the due date
Link records instead of storing them twice – from personnel files, certificates, the POS and the new opening checklist; export as PDF and CSV for inspections
Till registration with the tax office in view: deadline per till, reminder and “reported on” with proof – the data sheet comes from the POS
