Needs attention today

Your day starts with a list: who is missing today and tomorrow, which requests are waiting, which deadline is running out – from all areas, sorted by urgency.

Why does this feature exist?

If you run a business, you jump back and forth between the rota, your inbox, the fridge log and the order list every morning – and often notice the important things too late. Lumigast gathers everything that needs a decision today on one page: open slots, requests, holiday requests, certificates due, order cut-offs and reservations. Red is at the top, and completed items disappear.

What does it do for you?

  • One glance instead of ten pages: all open items from staff, kitchen, POS and guests on one list
  • Sorted by urgency – red first, with a link straight to the place where you decide
  • In the management bot too: “/heute” sends the list to your phone
  • With the previous day’s daily report, events such as a town festival or a party, and the covers from the reservation book
  • Each role sees only its own items; with several locations, gaps at the locations, recalls of blocked goods and notices about your contract are added

How it works

  1. Open “Today” in the morning – in the browser or with “/heute” in the management bot.

  2. Red items first: tap them and decide straight away.

  3. Completed items disappear from the list by themselves.
