Why does this feature exist?

At the end of the month, the monthly accounts from your tax adviser (BWA) arrive – and by then it is too late to correct anything. Yet the figures are there every day: in the POS, in the rota and in purchasing. Lumigast brings them together and sends you a daily report every morning. Menu engineering shows which dishes make money and which mainly make work.

What does it do for you?

  • Know every morning how yesterday went: revenue, guests, hours, cost of goods and the comparison with the last four same weekdays
  • Budget with plan vs. actual per month, forecast and break-even
  • Menu engineering: stars, plowhorses, puzzles and dogs – with a recommendation, for example “raise the price”
  • The kitchen records waste on the phone, with reason and photo – overview with the ratio to cost of goods
  • Works with the built-in POS or with the export from another POS system (DSFinV-K)

How it works

  1. Use the built-in POS or import the export from your POS.

  2. Enter the budget for the year – revenue, goods, staff, rent.

  3. Read the daily report every morning and check your dishes once a month.
