At lunchtime the queue builds up at the counter, and taking orders becomes the bottleneck. A kiosk tablet takes orders on the side: your guests see the menu with photos, prices and allergens, choose without being rushed and get a pick-up number. They pay at the counter – only then does the ticket go to kitchen and bar. A busy kitchen does not get faster this way, but the counter is free for taking payment.
