The enquiry
A company uses your form to ask about a summer party for 120 guests. The enquiry lands in the events section – with date, number of guests and requests.
Tuesday
Quote and deposit
You put the quote together from templates and your recipes and send it as a PDF. The customer confirms via a link, and the deposit is noted.
The week before
Staff and quantities
Shifts for the job are open, and your team and casual staff sign up. The quantities for purchasing come from the recipes.
On the day
Delivery and set-up
Schedule on the phone, checklist for set-up and temperatures, and everyone checks in on site.
Afterwards
Billing
Billing and post-event costing: what did the party cost, and what was left over? The casual staff’s hours are ready for the month-end closing.

What the profile switches on
Included in every package and switched on straight away:
Your team sees four items on the phone: Shifts, Check in, Checklist and More. Management has staffing, times, holidays and checklists in the top bar – and with the add-on module, events right at the front.
The profile is a starting template: it does not set your contract, price, permissions or obligations, and switching profiles takes nothing away.

The profile suggests these modules. None of them is switched on or booked automatically.
Enquiry, quote, deposit and schedule are part of the “Events and catering” add-on module.
The Catering profile starts without a POS – you can add it at any time.
Lumigast does not fully cover hire equipment, vehicles and large-scale banqueting logistics.

Prices are net per month, with a 12-month term, for up to 15 active people per business (each additional person €1.50). Add-on modules: prices for contracts from 1 November 2026. Devices, the Cloud-TSE for live POS operation and card payment fees are extra.
We set up Lumigast with you, take over your shift times and support you personally through the first few weeks. Your feedback goes straight into development.
