Nobody for the evening shift
Shortly before the evening, someone from the bar cancels. Lumigast immediately shows who can step in – taking rest periods and the mini-job earnings limit into account.

Cover by message
A request to two people; the answer comes in the app or – for those who want it – in the Telegram chat: “Yes, I’ll come.” The light turns green.

Opening up
Check in on the tablet with a PIN, then the checklist for the bar: fridges, glasses, cash float.

Open tabs
Put drinks on a table or a seat at the bar, “Repeat round” with one tap, and at the end pay separately or split the bill.
02:00
Night closing
Cash count with counting record, end-of-day closing, check out. Lumigast includes night hours and premiums in the month-end closing; you share out the tips by hours worked.

What the profile switches on
Included in every package and switched on straight away:
Your team sees four items on the phone: Shifts, Check in, Checklist and More. At the bar the POS opens first. Management has staffing, POS, times, checklists and holidays in the top bar.
The profile is a starting template: it does not set your contract, price, permissions or obligations, and switching profiles takes nothing away.
Recommended – you decide
The profile suggests these modules. None of them is switched on or booked automatically.
Clubs and dancing, entry fees, cloakroom and tickets are not part of Lumigast.
Youth protection, music licensing and closing hours depend on your town and federal state – “Obligations and records” asks about them, but does not decide them.
The POS is in testing – a certified Cloud-TSE (the security module German law requires for tills) will be added before live operation.

Prices are net per month, with a 12-month term, for up to 15 active people per business (each additional person €1.50). Add-on modules: prices for contracts from 1 November 2026. Devices, the Cloud-TSE for live POS operation and card payment fees are extra.
We set up Lumigast with you, take over your shift times and support you personally through the first few weeks. Your feedback goes straight into development.
